Client First Policy: The primary objective of Himalayan Glacier

Dhulikhel, February 08 – As a regular annual event, Himalayan Glacier Trekking P. (Ltd.) organized a company picnic trip with its management team, field staffs and office coworkers at Dhulikhel.

While inaugurating the picnic, the company President and Founder Mr. Sagar Pandey made a welcome speech. While addressing the program, he reiterated environmental issues associated with tourism business in the Himalayas. In addition to this, Mr. Pandey highlighted the importance of team building within a company to handle the challenges efficiently that may arise during the office operation.

Speaking at the program, Mr. President declared to launch “Employee of the Year” – an employee motivational award. He said, “The award will be bestowed in two categories annually.” According to him the motivational award will be rewarded to those field staffs and office staffs who will perform their best to the company round the year.

Likewise, Mr. Pandey hugely stressed on “Client First Policy” while delivering the company services in its best in the forthcoming days.

In the same fashion while speaking at the program, Mr. Narayan Regmi – the managing director of the company tremendously focused on developing spirit of team work in the company in the days ahead.

Similarly, Mr. Naba Raj Amgai – the executive director at Himalayan Glacier restated the need of team work and customer care in the company.
