Undoubtedly, you will be spending two nights, actually at the base camp itself confronting several of the mightiest peaks in the world. The day you arrive to the base camp from Gorak Shep will be your first night at the base camp where you will sleep on a twin-shared tented accommodation. The next day, you will get an opportunity to hike up to the Khumbu icefall, almost half the way to the Lhotse Face and return to the base camp to sleep for yet another night. During this time, you will get a chance to witness the lives of climbers and the Sherpa guides at the base camp very closely. During the two-night stay at the base camp, our expedition kitchen staff will prepare fresh meals for you.

We sincerely request you to respect other climbers and the expedition guides’ privacy and also honor their wishes if they hold back from mingling. Also, make sure that you do not visit the camping sites of other climbers at the base camp and remain at your designated camps only.
