There will be a welcome dinner for you on arrival in Kathmandu the day before you leave for the mountains. On the trek, you will get to enjoy authentic Nepalese food as well as the more common international cuisine comprising Tibetan, Continental, Indian and Italian dishes. You will eat your breakfast and dinner at the teahouse or a lodge menu where you will spend the night. Likewise, lunch will be served on the way to the next destination.

There are no teahouses or lodges at the Everest Base Camp, so when you are there, your meals will be prepared by our very own cook. Please note that all meals will be provided during trekking while only breakfast will be made available to you in Kathmandu. After completing your trip and when you reach Kathmandu, Himalayan Glacier will organize a farewell dinner for you to celebrate the auspicious victory of your accomplishment.
