The trekking sections on the Manaslu trekking route are not accessible by road, especially after the trailhead at Soti Khola. In case of emergencies at higher altitudes, rescue by air ambulance will be arranged if need arises and as long as the weather is favorable for flying. You will be taken to an international class hospital in Kathmandu for your rehabilitation and necessary medical attention. If the weather is bad and does not allow flying, then our crew members will carry you down and take you to the nearest health care center. Our operation team will be in contact with the trekking crew members 24×7 if any such emergency occurs during the trek.
