Ganga Bahadur Tamang

This was my first time being above 5000 metres and multiple day hike for more than 3 days. I am not that fit :p. Our guide, Ganga (Man) Bahadur Tamang ensure that we are all safe. He was joyful and full of encouragement, and really keen to make his client successful in the climbing. We all made it to the base camp and no one get sick. Man ensures all of our food and drinks are clean by entering the kitchen himself. We have the best porter too, Jiban. He assisted carrying my day bag too to help in the Chola Pass and Everest Section when he saw I am struggling. Both Man and Jiban go far and beyond to make us comfortable, enjoy the trip, and safe. I have just finished the most amazing experience of trekking in Nepal with Himalayan Glacier. The company were always helpful during the booking process. The trip itself was incredible. My guide Man was fantastic. We were looked after so well with hot teas in the morning in our rooms and daily cookies and chats after each day trekking. As well as making sure we were well looked after, Man was very keen to keep us safe, hiking at a suitable pace and ensuring our food was clean and safe. After the trek we had a celebration dinner with the companies owners who were eager to hear how we had got on. I couldn't recommend the company more.
