‘Last October I decided to visit Nepal.
My idea was to have a mix of a cultural tour and also to have the opportunity of spending a few days in the beautiful nature of the country.
I had never been to Nepal before so everything was completely new for me.
After a long search, I eventually opted for the “Kathmandu. Pokhara River and wildlife tour” of Himalaya Glacier and my choice were a good one.
We started in Pokhara and thanks to the guide I had the opportunity not only to see the major attractions of the place but also to see other places may be a bit off the normal touristic circuit. From there we then headed towards the Chitwan, not without stopping for an exhilarating rafting on the Trisuli River.
My days in Chitwan offered me the chances to spot several animals(but I will have to come back to see the tiger!)and also to visit a very interesting place like the Tharu village.
I finished my tour in the chaotic Kathmandu where the guide gave me thousands of information about all the places we visited.
My holiday has been GREAT! Perfectly organized by the staff of Himalaya Glacier that helped me plan the tour(with all the information I needed about documents, flights,etc.) and spend some unforgettable moments in Nepal. I constantly felt being looked after by the staff of HG,from the guides and drivers, to all at the office in Kathmandu who where also very helpful tailoring the tour according to my needs until the last day of the tour when I decided to add one more day for going to see the mountain peaks from Nagarkot. All the accommodations where excellent.
When it will be time to visit Tibet I know for sure who I will organize the trip with!
