Impressions of Ladakh  - 5 Days

Upon our arrival at the Leh Airport, we will be greeted by a representative from Himalayan Glacier who will take us to our hotel. After checking-in we take rest for some time, in order to get properly acclimatized to the high altitude.  In the evening, we tour the Leh Market and Shanti Stupa. Overnight in Leh.

We begin our sightseeing tour after breakfast. We visit Leh Palace, Likir Monastery, Alchi Monastery, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame Museum and also the Confluence of Zanskar and Indus Rivers. Later in the evening, we return back to Leh for a good night’s sleep.

After breakfast, we drive to Khardong La pass. After admiring the excellent scenery from the pass we return back to Leh to enjoy a hot meal. After lunch we tour Shey and Thikshey monasteries.  Next, explore the local market and end the day. Overnight in Leh.

We leave our hotel early in the morning for our visit to the Pangong Lake which is one of the highest and also the largest saltwater lake in the world. We spend time on the banks of the lake enjoying its breathtaking view. We drive back to Leh on the same route. Overnight in Leh.

After a farewell tea or coffee at the hotel, a representative from Himalayan Glacier will take us to the airport for our flight to Delhi.
