The Everest Base Camp Trek with Himalayan Glacier takes 14 days in total, departing and returning from Kathmandu, with 12 active trekking days covering approximately 130 km round trip from Lukla.
Day 1 is arrival and orientation in Kathmandu. Days 2–13 cover the full trek (Lukla to Base Camp and back). Day 14 is your departure. The route follows the classic Khumbu Valley path, with two built-in rest days for acclimatization.
