Erick Urassa

Erick Urassa looks after and handles all the operational issues related to Tanzania safari and Kilimanjaro climbing trips. He is very passionate about wildlife and that passion got into him during his high school days when he would see tourists on safari vehicles heading towards Tanzania’s national parks. It was during this phase of time that he got an opportunity to visit the Ngorongoro Crater Highlands for the first time in his life which further intensified his passion. Since the very moment, his love for wildlife and attraction towards trekking and adventure travel blossomed and there was no stopping to it.

Erick Urassa did his diploma in Education and higher diploma in Management & Administration. He also further continued his education and completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration. Before actually stepping his feet onto hospitality industry, Erick was doing a job of a Biology and Agriculture science teacher. His childhood passion haunted him and after quitting his teaching job, he leaped into tourism beginning his career initially as a waiter. Before he bore the burden of a Safari & Trekking Director, as in the present day, he worked as a porter, guide and a hotel general manager. Right from the start until now, he strives to offer professional services with the highest level of integrity, honesty and efficiency while maintaining his commitment to the environment in collaboration with other industry stakeholders.
