Frank John Benett finds that Africa is his best destination due to its ever changing landscapes as a result of vast elevation changes. He believes that experience cannot be learnt from a book and safari guiding in Africa is self-taught if you have the required passion. As a child in Kilimanjaro Primary School, Frank was attracted towards the wildlife and nature. The safari vehicles that passed by his village on their way to game reserves made him more passionate and motivated him to begin a career related to these activities.

Frank is a person who is passionate about what he does. He is interested in other people and very enthusiastic to share his passion with others. He has a great passion for safari photography and loves to share his ideas and views with his guests. Besides, Benett possesses the skills of a mechanic and is knowledgeable about motor vehicle diagnostics. In fact, he worked as a tour driver cum guide during his career growth phase. He is interested in natural resources, wildlife, sports, and social interactions. What makes Frank a good safari guide is that he empathizes with other people and makes sure to meet all the needs of his guests. He is very understanding and flexible and ready to go that extra mile to satisfy the needs of his clients.
