Day 01
Arrival at Delhi, India

Upon our arrival in Delhi Airport, a representative from Himalayan Glacier will escort us to our hotel. After a few hours of relaxation and refreshment, upon our discretion, we make a short excursion around the traditional bazaars as well as few historic and monumental sites in Delhi.  Overnight at hotel in Delhi.

Day 02 - 03
Full sightseeing within Old and New Delhi

After breakfast, we head for a complete excursion of this 5,000 years old eternal city. We visit the historic monuments of Qutab Minar, Lotus Temple, India Gate, Parliament House, Birla Temple, and Raj Ghat. Along with these sites, we further walk to the majestic Red Fort, the beautiful marvels covered in red sandstone. After strolling around Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India that were built by Emperor Shah Jahan of the Taj Mahal, we will be at Rajghat – a memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. After exploring the Old Delhi monuments, we visit Presidential Palace and the India Gate, a memorable monument built in the honor of Indian soldiers. Finally, we will be at Qutub Minar, one of the tallest towers in the world. Overnight at hotel in Delhi.

Day 04
Flight from Delhi to Varanasi

Upon arrival in Varanasi, we take a few hours rest at the hotel and make our short excursion around this holy city. Varanasi is older than history situated on the banks of the river Gange. The city is also the center of learning for Hinduism and pilgrimage. Overnight at hotel in Varanasi.

Day 05
Varanasi Sightseeing

Today, we visit Sarnath, 9 km from Varanasi. After gaining enlightenment in Bodh Gaya, Buddha came to Sarnath where he gave his first sermon at the Deer Park, thus setting in motion the Wheel of Dhamma. Similarly, Emperor Ashoka (c 304-232 BC) visited Sarnath around 234 BC and erected a stupa here. Ashoka was a great warrior, but later spread Buddha’s message of love and compassion. Then, we return Varanasi to enjoy the evening religious practice of Arati. Our guide will also explain the meaning of the rituals and chants that take place during the Arati. Overnight at Varanasi.

Day 06
Flight from Varanasi to Khajuraho

We take our breakfast and fly to Khajuraho. On our arrival at Khajuraho, we check into Hotel. Then we make a tour of the world renowned exotic temples of the Western, Eastern and Southern Khajuraho. Besides the eroticism that the temple is famous for, the Khajuraho Temple also celebrate womanhood and various aspects of the feminine self. The carvings depict women in various chores of their daily life: from writing a letter, applying eye makeup, combing her tresses, dancing and playing with her child.

Khajuraho, A UNESCO World Heritage site showcases colors of libido human emotion! Sensual and erotic carvings test devotees! In the evening, we enjoy the sound and light show at the Western Temple Complex. Overnight at Khajuraho.

Drive from Khajuraho to Orchha

After breakfast, we drive to Orchha. The medieval town Orchha was founded by Bundela rulers with palaces and temples during the 16th and 17th century. An interesting feature of the town is that it is attractively flanked by the River Betwa. Orcha, above all, is famous for wonderful complex of well-preserved palaces and temples. At Orcha, we visit at the Raj Mandir, Jahangir Palace, and Ram Raja Temple. We further make a trip to the legendary land of brave warriors – Jhansi. Overnight at Orchha.

Orchha to Agra Sightseeing

After taking the morning breakfast in the hotel, we pay our visit to Taj Mahal, a World Heritage Site. The Taj Mahal is the finest amalgam of love and architecture and one of the greatest wonders of the world. We also visit Agra Fort, a large fortified strategic point of Mughal Empire. Discover Agra: Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Itmad-Ud-Daula

After breakfast, we will start a visit to the Taj Mahal with its shimmering marble dome and tower reflecting in the landscaped pools. Drive from Agra to Jaipur

Also called The ‘eternal Pink city’ enclosed within hills, founded by Maharaja Jai Singh II, is Rajasthan’s capital. Upon arrival at Jaipur, we make an excursion to the 16th century Amber fort where we enjoy elephant ride. The fort was built by Akbar’s Rajput Commander, Raja Man Singh. We further visit and shop in the textile industry. Explore the major highlights of Jaipur

We will begin the day exploring iconic monuments of Jaipur starting with the visit of magnificent Amber Fort, which is also known as Amer Fort. We take a guided walking tour through the narrow lanes, the Havelis and temples to the City Palace. City Palace is an 18th century Royal residence. We will continue our walk to the adjacent astronomical Observatory of Jaipur, known as Jantar Mantar. The UNESCO World Heritage Site features the world’s largest stone sundial. Udaipur Sightseeing

Today, we make a full-day sightseeing tour of Udaipur. We pay our visit to the 16th century City Palace. The major attractions inside the Palace are Durbar Hall, Palace Museum, Jagdish Temple, and Crystal Gallery. We may also find it interesting to visit Saheli Ki Bari meaning Friends’ Garden, a small decorated garden, created in honor of Royal Ladies for entertaining purpose. Finally, we make our excursions to Ranakpur’s famous Jain Temple and the Eklingji Temple where we explore the impressive temple ruins at Nagda.

Fly back to Delhi

After delicious breakfast, we will plan for an early start of our private tour just before dawn. We will take you to the Ganges river to meet your boat and boatman. Traveling in the east facing direction at sunrise provides magical orange and honey-hued views.
