The Everest Base Camp round trip is around 130 km / 80.8 mi starting from Lukla. The outward 65 km / 40.4 mi to Everest Base Camp takes a much longer time considering acclimatization along the way. Without proper acclimatization, it is not possible to trek to Everest Base Camp continuously. If you do so, you will be prone to high risk of altitude sickness.
