Enjoy our flexibility program and have peace of mind during the uncertain COVID-19 travel conditions. Addressing all future bookings, you can book, postpone or rebook a trip without any penalty with the below available options.

Risk-free Booking & Free Cancellation

For all 2021 Departures

  • A mere 5% booking deposit required to confirm all 2021 departures.
  • Final payment should be made 72 hours prior the trip start date.
  • Book Now & Travel anytime within 31st December 2021. You are eligible to cancel or reschedule for 2021 & 2022 until 72 hours prior to the start date FREE of charge on most of our trips
  • If you cancel after 72 hours of the start date, the full amount will be charged, but if you reschedule at the time of the cancelation, all amounts except unrecoverable expenses will be credited for the rescheduled trip. No rescheduling fees, no hidden fees!

For all 2022, 2023 & 2024 Departures, booked in 2021

  • A mere 5% booking deposit of the total cost required to confirm all 2022, 2023 & 2024 departures
  • Second installment of 20% should be made 3 months prior the trip start date.
  • Final payment should be made before 1 month of the trip start date.
  • Book Now & Travel anytime within 2022, 2023 & 2024. Your deposit is secure, transferable at your will, or rescheduled for the future date; there is no surcharge or penalty, or fees.

Specific Notes

Adventures/Trips Packages booked from  the third-party websites will not be subject to these terms. They will be bound by the terms and conditions of the respective website from which the guests booked the Himalayan Glacier Trips. HG will not be liable for any refunds for the trips booked from the third party websites, not limited to, TourRadar, Bookmundi, Viatour, Travel Zoo etc.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and UnionPay. We accept bank checks too.

Are there any cancellation fees, booking fees, or hidden fees?

There are no booking fees, cancellation fees, or hidden fees.

Can I cancel my booking at any time?

No cancellation fee before 72 hours of departure date, for all 2021 departures. For all 2022, 2023 & 2024 departures, if you cancel your deposit is secure, transferable to your will or you may reschedule for the future date; there is no surcharge or penalty or fees.

What is your refund policy?

You will get a full refund if you cancel before 72 hours of the departure date for all 2021 departures. You will get the lifetime deposit which is transferable to your family member or to your friends or the person on your will for all 2022, 2023 & 2024 departures.

Do you offer any discounts?

How do you know if it's safe to travel to a destination?

We work with local teams and travel advisors to get updated information on the safety guidelines and travel restrictions.

Will I need to wear a mask?

Himalayan Glacier supports the use of masks as one way to prevent the spread of coronavirus. We request all travelers to adhere to local safety guidelines while on the trip. Read our blog for more information regarding masks.

Will I have to share a room?

All our prices on the website are based on twin share accommodation. We can arrange a single room on your request and subject to availability. We are working with our ground suppliers to make sure we can provide safe accommodations.

What if I get COVID-19 symptoms the day before departure?

We always try to protect your financial loss but as you know at the last hour of your departure there are so many expenses that have occurred. We will deduct unrecoverable expenses and the balance will be credited for your next trip to use whenever at a future date, before 31 December 2021.

Should I bring hand sanitizers by myself?

We will do everything to uphold safety including providing hand sanitizers, but we recommend travelers bringing their own for the times when they may not be available or during your independent excursions.

Private Ground Transport

We are a personalized adventure travel company. One of our staff will be at the airport to support and assist you with anything you need in the country. If any of your plans need to change due to restrictions, they’ll work with you to reschedule your trip ensuring you have peace of mind while you’re still abroad. We will use private ground transportation during your entire trip, except for the airlines, without having to risk the exposure to public transportation. The safety and well-being of our travelers, guides, and staff will always remain our priority.
