Day to Day Itinerary for Kathmandu to Lhasa Tour

Day 01 Kathmandu to Nyalam -3,750m (12,300ft)-162Kms.
Early morning drive (Approx. 5 hours) from Kathmandu to Kodari (1,873m/6,140ft). After completing immigration and custom formalities drive up hill to Zhangmu (2,300m/75,44ft). This is Tibetan border town. The Tibetan Guide will meet the Group on arrival at the check post and we drive further road climbs and climbs to Nyalam for overnight. Departure Dates & Price for Kathmandu to Lhasa Tour

Chinese Visa/Tibet travel permits
No worry to obtain your visa and permit for Tibet. Himalayan Glacier Trekking will organize your visa and travel permit from Kathmandu. We just need your valid passport copy. For this type of tour, you are allowed to get the Tibet visa for a maximum 25 days (however this may change)

Last Minute Checking
Very importantly, on the last and first day, if you are traveling with a group visa, please make sure your guide has the original visa copy with him (if you are traveling in group) and other necessary travel documents (travel permit for the group and alien's travel permit for the individual travelers) before you leave your hotel for the airport or elsewhere for the final departure. This is all to enable you to check out from the immigration without any hassle. (This point does not apply if you are carrying your visa for Tibet in your passports.)
