DIPAYAL: In a bid to promote the tourism industry and attract both domestic and international tourists, Khaptad Visit Year 2071 kicked-off at Khaptad Tribeni in Doti on Sunday. The programme was inaugurated on the occasion of Ganga Dasahara at Khaptad Tribeni, which spreads over Doti, Achham, Bajura and Bajhang districts. Doti Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), along with its Accham, Bajura and Bajhang chapters have collaborated to make the programme a grand success. Chairman Birendra Sah of DCCI said more than 50,000 tourists are expected to visit Khaptad area this year. Executive Director Mohan Bam of Khaptad Area Tourism Development Committee said they are well-prepared to manage a large number of tourists.
